Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to My Digital TV Acc. ID 3020521948 I would like to inform you that I have recharged Rs. 1,099/- amount (6 month package) on 7th April 2020 by scanning QR code which was displayed on my TV while recharging. I have enclosed Transaction details (screen shot) for your reference.

But due to your technical issues this recharge was done to wrong customer TV ID 3032264119, this information shared by you via email on 9th Aril 2020 by Sohail Airtel Digital TV experience adviser (Email enclosed for your reference)

Please Note : Due to your technical issues wrong customer id has displayed on our TV (in QR code) while recharging.

After this your airtel people said that “technical team is working on the this issues & it will be resolved shortly”. But nobody was responded.

When I had a subsequent discussion with your team via email I got only auto reply from your end (Covid 19 dialogue).

Almost 2 months over still am not getting proper reply & solution from your team for this issue.

 I have tried to speak with your team via toll free number but no use.

Please understand my problem & resolve this issue on top priority.
