Hi Sir/Madam,
I tried to book a flight on oct 12, 2020 from Mumbai to Bareilly – 6E 828 through TRAVOLOOK. As I completed the payment, I received a mail stating that my booking is in progress. After few hours, I received a mail stating that my ticket has got cancelled for some reasons and i will get my refund with 15 days.
Though i have not received my money back till now even after multiple reminders through email and Phone. On Every contact, i get an excuse and a false deadline(like Payment Gateway outage etc. ). Please take action against them and help me to get my money back.
