Text of Complaint by Vinayak Suman:

I opened my bank account in kotak811 with 0rs
In their app it showed 199rs for debit card
With gst it was 234rs. They charged me twice for same. When i called to customer care service they said we charge twice sir 234rs and 234rs.
And when i asked to cancel my debit card they said we can’t cancel it it’ll be delivered to your address.

How can they charge twice?
