My mobile got Accidental damage and till 13th July 2023 I didn’t receive any updates / response so I called to the support number on 13th July 2023 at 03:26PM but they updated me as this complaint has been closed by their partner for not receiving the calls but actually I didn’t receive any calls them and again I requested them to re-attempt for damaged mobile pickup, they told that this will be picked up by next 5 business working days. Unfortunately 5 business days also got completed but there is no response from their end again I called them asked for the status on 20th Jul 2023 at around 12:30PM again they replied the same that complaint got closed. I requested them to connect with their seniors but he refused to connect to them and told to connect with Flipkart. Even flipkart team is closing the ticket with out proper resolution.
many followups with flipkart to reopen the ticket.
