Paytm listed dummy bus subscriber, as an important work in anakapalli I was booked through paytm. The bus was stopped in the 15kms to Hyderabad and asked us to go to your places. We called to customer care asked them the same but no body given correct information. Intun paytm charged 1650 rupees from me for dummy bus and cheated me. In turn I took lot of pain travelled to anakapalli. It took almost 24 hrs contious journey to me. Please revert my booking amount and my travel extra charges.
