My name is Mrs.Gunaseelan, This is my aircel mobile number 9094210563 ported to Vodafone. I have purchased a post paid vodefone sim (Ph.no: 9094210563) in Ascendes building, Taramani 5 -6 months back. I request for activation of the sim, the concern person told me wait for 2 -3 day after 1 week, again I request for activation please wait for few days regularly i contact the person for activation of sim they said please wait till date the sim is not activation. I approach the concern branch for several times request to activation of the sim and there is no proper response for me. When I enquired in the Ashok Nagar branch, I was shocked the sim was deactivated on 26.09.2018. Again I request your concern authority for activation of the sim, he said it is im possible for activating the sim. Also enquired with the concern authority, without information how can you deactivate the sim. Please activate the sim or other wise kindly send me the Port number for the above mobile number. I m very much disappointed with your service.
