Bought a television from Sargam Electronics, Adarsh Nagar, Delhi along with an extended warranty lasting till September 2023.

My T.V. has not been working since around 5th August 2022 and I have been contacting Sargam Electronics for REPAIRING my TV under DG CARE( their own OR contracting company which provides an extended warranty). They have blatantly refused that they are unable to do anything because “apparently their company is closed”. I have no idea about this.
Their showrooms are open still. I just want my TV repaired under EXTENDED WARRANTY. THAT’S IT.
