I needed a mop on very urgent basis for which i have taken prime membership as they committed same day delivery i.e., on Saturday by 10 pm. I didn’t receive the item on sat, made a follow-up call (query / complaint # 7935) on Sunday morning (1st may) and they assured to deliver the item by afternoon. By evening i made another call to know the status of the delivery and the customer service executive gave a new commitment of delivering the item by 9pm on 1st may. Even today 2nd May) I didn’t receive the package so I decided to cancel the order and the Prime membership and made a call to Amazon customer service only to know that the amount deducted for prime membership will not be refunded.
