sir/ mam i have received a written statement as a mail from amazon regarding a product refund that was sold out to me (in second hand quality).
i have their statement and sound recording in which they agree to pay my product price back in form of amazon gift card. they asked for 7days to refund all the money but after 7 days now they are refusing to return the money.
