I purchased a guitar named YAMAHA F280 from Amazon online shopping , they delivered on 12 October and i saw some damages on guitar , i requested Amazon to refund my money , their boy came to my home to collect the guitar on 13 October and promise me to refund my money between 5 to 7 days on my original payment selected method Amazon pay balance, today is 1 November i called many times Amazon customer care but they just gave me extra dates but never listin my problem they refused to refund
