I have purchased a sandals from Birkenstock online website. I got received the product by the last week of January and i used for 1 month and within 1 month the food-bed hot detached from the sandals. I raised the complaint and they informed me they can do anything or refused my complaint even it a very expensive product i gave Rs 4500/- for the product and after several arguments they gave 15% offer for the next purchase. And on 1April 2022 I received a call from their customer support about enquired me that they will provide exchange or refund to me. And today i called them regarding this issue and that lady was so arrogant and they are telling me to use this product nothing can be take from their side and denied my issue. After buying this much expensive product they didn’t provide any repair and denied the service what they informed
