I wish to inform you that I made a request to return a product through my flipkart account due to size issues just the same day of receiving the product. The return was approved by the company but the next day, the flipkart delivery boy refused to collect the returned product and falsely updated to the company that the return was cancelled as I wanted to keep the product. This was done by the delivery boy without my permission and the delivery boy spoke very rudly.
