I ordered a high value item, with prepaid scheduled door step delivery.
The delivery date was missed and there was an update in the app that I have requested for late delivery, which I didn’t
Couple of days later the delivery agent called me and asked me to hire a porter pick the item from somewhere in the city from him.
I contacted Amazon customer service multiple times, every time they say that it’s escalated and will be resolved but there is no traction
