My order was refused for delivery and then delivery person cancelled it by their end without prior notice.
When I tried to contact customer care they didn’t do anything except stating that the delivery van was damaged that’s why order was canceled.
But the delivery person, on call, said that I should pick it up from their hub.
The didn’t try to deliver at the given address and cancelled order and customer care didn’t respond well or gave excuses.
