I am regular customer of Hotel Delhi Heart – Pahar Ganj (New Delhi).
On dated 31/08/2022 i reached the said hotel and ask for use Toilet.
They refused me to use toilet and charging Rs. 500 for the same.
While it is our legal right to use toilet of any hotel in free of charge.
