Dear Sir / Madam,
I would like to inform you that I was purchase Graspy women printed Flared kurta (2 Quantity) under order ID OD223098226791704000 on dated 13th October 2021 from Flipkart and the same was deliver to me by courier partner on dated 19th October 2021 and I paid total amount of INR1398/- to courier partner. But later I found that he was delivered one Quantity instead of 2. So, I called Flip Kart customer care team and escalated this issue and they promised me to refund back for the missing item. But instead issuing refund they initiated return request and collected the product again on 21st October 2021 which was delivered on 19th October 2021 and processed the refund (Refund id: 12102314846450962287) for the collected product. But I did not receive the refund for the missing item. I escalated this issue many times, but no proper response from Flipkart support team. I have attached all the screen shots here i.e., Delivery Confirmation, Return Request Confirmation, Pickup Confirmation & Pickup completed confirmation.
Request you to kindly look into this issue and do the needful as early as possible.
