Text of Complaint by Soumya Meher:

I purchased a Hisense TV on 7th Aug 2020. Company advertised 5 Years warranty of TV panel at the time of purchase now they are denying to repair my TV. After months of complaints, they sent a local service engineer for a visit. They too found the panel as faulty as right side of the panel is greyed out. They took the video sample and told me the panel would be replaced. Now, they are saying that their technical team did not find the problem and everything is okay. They are trying to cheat and avoid the problem and refusing to fix the issue. Any normal person can see that there is a problem with the TV panel still they are still avoiding resolving the issue.
