I had ordered Boat Airdopes 121V2 Bluetooth Truly Wireless in Ear Earbuds with Mic with Upto 14 Hours Playback, Lightweight 8Mm Drivers, Led Indicators and Multifunction Controls (Midnight Blue) ( https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B08JQLB5CG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?i…⇄ ) Upon delivery, the item was missing from the package and there was only a charging cable in it. On calling Amazon customer service, they assured us that they will conduct an investigation and look into this. After weeks of repeated reminders, they responded back by telling us that their Investigation team could not find anything wrong with the delivery and they cannot refund us and refused to assist us in any other way. I had bought that item as a gift for my father from my first salary and it was really expensive. I am shocked and dismayed by the attitude of Amazon Customer service for putting us through weeks of misery and I have lost my money for no reason. Please help me out.
