My friend ordered a bra from the Kristel website priced 1099 rupees and the package she received wasn’t a bra but a pair of leggings of cheap quality. We contacted the customer service and they said that they will refund the money back to the alternative account which belongs to me as her account is not working within 24 hrs. Till now they have not refunded the money and the way they spoke to me is so rude. There’s no rule saying that minimum balance in one’s account should be atleast 1000 rupees and above. They are refusing to refund the money as my balance is low after transferring the money to my friend who is affected by the scam.
