Refusal of return request of a laptop purchased on Flipkart

This is regarding order OD225696494264409000 for HP 15s-Ryzen 3 dual core 3250u amounting to Rs. 35090 purchased on Flipkart app via ICICI credit card emi. The product was delivered on 19/08/2022.

I had raised return request (3rd time) for the product for the following reasons-
1. I got a different model of HP brand named HP 15s-fr2006TU with Intel core i3 processor (photos enclosed).
2. The inner packaging was torn at two place, a Microsoft hologram logo with key is pasted on back of the laptop wherein it is written that “Windows 10 pro for REFURB pcs” and three to four point scratch found below the touchpad. All three points mentioned indicating that the product looks like a Refurbished one and is tampered. (all

As per their new policy in received email (neither it was not needed before not they inform about it), customers need to provide govt. Identity Card (viz. Scanned copy of Aadhar or driver’s licence or voter card etc) for verification, so that return could be made possible.
The return request got rejected thrice as on 23/08/2022 despite providing Aadhar card and product photos. After replying this type of mail, they simply send a mail saying your return request rejected as the information in aadhar card is not sufficient for verification. The concerned team did not inform me specifically why it is not sufficient and what else they need.

I have provided everything on the app also.

Everytime, I made contact with customer support, though they assured to solve the problem, but it didn’t. The incident got closed twice. Again I have to raise a new complaint and new return request.

Despite being a plus member of Flipkart and a F-assured product,
I feel like I am being harassed by the whole Flipkart team (concerned team for return request, seller etc.)
I am helpless now, Please help me in returning this product.
