Text of Complaint by Faith Maholwana-September:

On 14 June 2023, I was contacted by Anthea with cell number 0792631328. She explained that they were an online part-time company where one could earn from R400 and more working from home for 30 minutes a day. This job needed you to use a mobile phone or a computer.
Initially they give a small amount of money to demonstrate how the platform works. 5 Tasks are allocated for the day. The small amount given pays for the items which carry about 20% commission. As items are revealed one by one, the amount given is not enough and then the recruiter suggests that you “borrow” the mall R200 which will be refunded with the commission. The first refund was done and I was shown how to withdraw. I was told the refund would be available within 30 minutes, and another manager said it would be after 2 hours.
The payment was not available after 2 hours, but was only paid out after (14, 15, 16, 17 June 2023) 4 days.
They apologised for the late payment, blaming their system.
They then require you to activate your work account with R200. This time again all things go smoothly and a withdrawal is available.
Then it started off with the goods showing a 100% commission, which they then praise to be a rare occurrence, but with that the price of the next item becomes ridiculously high and you are asked to top it and it will be refunded. The system is set up in such a way that you are unable to make a top up and then, they tell you you can’t withdraw unless you finish the task. But it is as if you are set up to be in a predicament.
On Sunday afternoon the dispatch manager agreed that there was only one mission left before I could finish the task and make a withdrawal. The shortfall was R3570.26. I made the payment in order to get out of this thing and also knowing that it would automatically be credited to my account. Immediately after completing the purchase another random item appeared requiring a payment of R8967.00 The dispatch manager denied that she said there was only one mission left before withdrawal although I had repeatedly asked her on WhatsApp. I told them I do not want their commission. I only want a refund of what I “borrowed” the mall, which is R10655.73.
They are insisting that I have to complete the task otherwise I will not be able to withdraw.
I have the information of the people into whose accounts I made deposits. Its like according to them I don’t have rights and I have to do as they say.
According to the dispatch manager Rule no. 2 “It is normal for some work orders to need to make up the price difference.
Rule 9: After two working days, you can start applying for multiple positions, adding 5 for each application.
I did not do this I only worked on Saturday. Sunday I did not complete the day because of the challenge of not being able to make up the price difference.
The people who received deposits are:
L Vannieke
CM Albetos (Verified account holder Mr Albertus
WYNGAARD

Please help me to get my money back as I have not received any value and the promise was that whatever principal amount topped up with will be returned.
