The complaint is about the cell phone which i ordered from flipkart on 20th June 2022. I got the phone refurbished and was second hand and used i told them to return the product the product was not getting returned on flipkart website as it was facing some technical issues.I called them and told that the cellphone which i got is second hand and refurbished and i am unable to return the product on the flipkart portal please arrange me the return as the product i have purchased on EMI since 20 june i am calling them but till now the product is not returned and the emi will be starting from 5 july
