Respected gentleman….My name is Rohit Chaturvedi from Varanasi….purchased a phone(Samsung Galaxy M13) from Amazon on 22/06/2023 which was delivered to me on 23/06/2023….now yesterday morning I got a message on my phone that…There is an issue detected in the purchase of your phone.Please reach out to the retailer you purchased the phone from to resolve the issue.If purchased from Amazon, please login to the Amazon app from the account through which the phone was purchased and call Amazon customer service via the menu… before sending you this mail I have contacted your customer support atleast 20 times…they told me to contact the brand authorised service centre of which the product is…as there return or exchange policy lasts only 7days from the date of delivery of the product….I went to the authorised service centre of Samsung and I was told by them that the mobile sold to me by amazon is reused or refurbished as they checked the IMEI number of the phone on the internet the activation date of the phone is 06/11/2022 whereas I purchased the product on 22/06/2023 and was delivered to me on 23/06/2023…So I would request you to kindly take this product back and return my money or else I will have to complaint against Amazon in the consumer forum…
