This is regarding my following two orders ordered online on Amazon on 01 September 2021:
407-9318427- 7605139 and
407-0391183-9439540 of Rs 1137 each ordered using PNB Rupay debit card.
I had returned both the orders on 08 September 2021 due to size issue.
As per Amazon customer service , the amount for both returned orders has been refunded on 08 September 2021 with RR no. as under:
SQB0VXTI0000KSNIABFV and
30005112251225172897476
However, the same has not been credited to my account yet. I have also confirmed it from the bank that the amount of Rs 1137 each for the two returned orders has not been credited yet.
Kindly resolve the issue so that the amount of Rs 1137 each for my above mentioned two returned orders on Amazon get credited in my account .
