This is a follow-up to my previous communication and a formal escalation regarding the refund of Rs. 17,150 for my mobile order.
On February 23rd, I spoke with a member of your Leadership Team and provided them with clear evidence, including an image, regarding the incorrect exchange amount. During this conversation, I explicitly requested confirmation of the Rs. 17,150 refund, which included the Rs. 7,000 promotional discount. I reiterated this request three times.
The Leadership Team member confirmed and promised the full refund of Rs. 17,150, acknowledging that the error originated from Amazon’s end. They further documented this confirmation in an email sent to me on February 23rd, 2025. They also stated that this refund information was noted on my order details and instructed me to contact your team if I did not receive the full amount.
Therefore, I have concrete proof of the promised refund, including email correspondence.
I require one of the following resolutions within the next six hours:
* Immediate refund of Rs. 17,150, including the Rs. 7,000 promotional discount.
* Provision of the same mobile device with a Rs. 7,000 price discount, enabling me to repurchase it.
Failure to provide either of these resolutions within the stipulated timeframe will compel me to pursue legal action to recover my funds.
