Hello,
I am Rutvij (from An Art By Anokhi), a shipper of Xpressbees. I ship my business shipments through Xpressbees.
I have been constantly asking for my refund since 01 Dec, 2022. but no response given yet.
I have been constantly following up with my POC Ekta Solanki but she always told me that it will be done in the next remittance cycle.
Since then I haven’t got any updates from her side. Two days back, I again followed up my query and it’s 25th April,2023 (Almost going to be FIVE MONTHS) and suddenly shares that my bank details have some details missing. After five months she says that the issue is from my side and that’s why I haven’t got my money back.
I will be escalating this to the consumer forum if I don’t get this resolved within a week.
Do whatever is suitable and resolve this soonest.
