I bought a spy camera pen from Amazon and it was not working properly, so I returned it and asked from refund instead of transferring the amount to my bank account they gave me an gift card.
Why couldn’t they just do the amount transfer Instead of doing a business with it two. Now that gift card that I didn’t use has expired so now my money is gone. their business has made a loss of my money. I’ll think twice before buying from Amazon from now onwards as their filthy business gives a loss to me.
