I return my product which I recently ordered in meesho app it contains quantity of 2 ,but refunded amount processed for one only another product amount not refunded.

Meesho fraud with me I sell products on meesho LED TV cost 10k and after customer return my product not delivered at my location and it’s completed 3 months i complaints many time to return my compensation money rs 10000 but meesho not much give a good reply only roaming the things again and again it’s a very poor side to sell your costly product because one product lost cost is 10000 and meesho not gave it .. kindly please look into the matter and back my money as soon as possible
