I booked a refundable flight ticket from Bangalore to kochin. Due to Covid situation. I thought to cancel so I raised the request. I got a call from agency that my ticket is canceled and I won’t get a refund amount. I said I don’t want to cancel if I don’t get refund they replied its a automatic process my ticket has been already canceled. And This call is just to inform that your ticket has been canceled. But after 15 min from the call only I received a sms from airlines. My ticket is canceled refund amount will be transfed to booking agent.
It’s completely unethical. They doesn’t even conformed my decision in any form. And airlines says that I’ll get 500+ as a refund.

I am Vinod Pulivelil Ramankutty. I booked one side traveling ticket from indigo. Flight 6E -835 dated 27th -oct- 2021 from pune to cochin. My PNR -Tj82FS.due to the renovation work of pune airport runway till the date of 29th -oct- 2021 closed.
I requested to cancel my flight ticket and refund that amount. 7th of this i cancelled until now i couldn’t received the refund amount.
