I used to live at Stanza Living Portland House, Gota from 08 October 2022 till 18 July 2023 and completed the duration of my contract. When I moved in I was told that I would get a full refund from the refundable security deposit, after I moved out my room will be audited and it’s done. And still not sign of any refund. All the representative working their are ignoring and never answering my call. It’s been so depressing situation for as a student. I don’t come from a well set family background. It’s like they don’t even care. Not only me but the same happened with my roommate and two of his friends. This scam of Stanza Living is not just in my city but at many other locations also. I just request to please take some legal actions as those ₹14008 refundable security deposit matter more to me.
