Dear Team, I made a booking through zoomcar in the month of may and i was cancelled before the date of journey, till now the refund has not been credited to me and Moreover i utilized zoomcar subscription for 3 months from june to august, the refundable amount for subscription along with money earned excess on sharing was approximately ₹. 14000. Their customer support disabled for me when i tried to reach them and when i contacted to the person who deal my subscription they are not responding and saying that financial team deals with refunds and we dont konw about them. About ₹. 20000 of my money was there with them and they are not responding. Please consider me and make those guys to initiate my refund.
