After 32days of cancellation my tickets I didn’t get the refund amount in my account. IRCTC informed me that they already released my refundable amount on 8th October. But,, when I visited my bank’s Home Branch and meet with the service manager. And After discussing my problem, service manager informed me that, there is no payment pending in my account. Even she told me that, there is no option to check the transaction by ARN NO or TXN NO. And She also denied to give me the written letter.
So, I requesting to you please check those attachments and do something to get back my money ASAP.
