This is regarding my order placed on the 19th of May,2022. The order I placed was cancelled instantly due to a major discrepancy from your end. Till today, I haven’t received any refund for my said order which was around Rs.149. When are you planning to refund my money? Or do I need to take a legal action for the same.
I have attached some screenshots below which I guess would be helpful to scrutinize the same.
I had message this exact thing on their customer support mail id yesterday. I am literally helpless. They do not pay any heed to the customer grievances.
