Text of Complaint by Vimlesh Kumar Ojha:

I had booked bus ticket from Paytm on 12th March 2022. I reached the boarding point according to my time, but after talking to the bus driver, I came to know that the bus is running late by 2.30 hours, the driver said that you can get the money refunded by talking to Paytm customer care, after that Paytm’s On talking to the customer service officer, it was said that I have taken your request, your money will be refunded in 7 days. Now I am calling from last 15 days on us through Paytm customer care executives my call is getting disconnected immediately after giving order id.
