On 14th November 2020 I received an order on Zomato and I handed it over to the delivery boy after double checking the item but they charged me for the wrong product. After a conversation with them through few mails they agreed to refund the amount which was deducted by them on 21st November 2020.
After that I waited for another week for it but the amount was not yet credited into my account. From that I am continuously chasing them for my money but they keep on promising the days and weeks for the refund. There is no contact number given to me by them so that I can contact them in case of any problems. They don’t respond to my emails very soon. They don’t respond to my complaints on Twitter.
