I ordered 9 sarees. Received 1 saree which is damaged and applied for exchange.
Sub order id : 91418379531_5- 1 saree applied for exchange.
Refund to be made for 8 sarees.
Sub order id : 91418379531_1- 4 sarees-Refund Initiated
Sub order id : 91418379531_2-2sarees-Refund received.
Sub order id : 91418379531_3-1 saree- Refund received.
Sub order id : 91418379531_4-1 saree- Refund not yet initiated.
But received mail from customer care that refund will be made only for 7 sarees on the basis of weight.
For your kind reference,
Sarees had been ordered and paid in the basis of quantity.Not in the basis of weight.
Kindly refund for the below mentioned missing item asap.
