I have ordered 3 printed diapers(16782232) of Rs.499 and 3 feeding bra (16782234) of Rs.419 on april 4 2022 and they delivered on april 11 2022, I paid total sum of Rs.918 for both(COD). After opening the package i found they deliver 3 diapers only and missed my 3 feeding bra. After contact the customer care they said ‘will send the missing product within 10 days and track your missed order’
I m waiting for the remaining days to receive the product. On april 17 the tracking id WSPP2789386373 (https://www.pickrr.com/tracking/#/?tracking_id=WSPP2789386373) shows order has been cancelled but i paid rs.419.
Again i contacted the customer care they say refund the amount plz wait we will send the link…i m waiting a while but not getting any link
Now i m claim for the refund they wouldn’t response or pickup my call or my whatsapp messages
