I had booked tickets Goa Air -G8 247 for 4 people from bhuvaneshwar to Mumbai on 13 Jan 2020 for travel on 19th APRIL 2020 . For this i received the refund of 926/- only .But the actually the ticket was reshedule for 7 Feb 2021, which was later cancelled.
For this i received the confirmation mail from Go Air support about the refund of 5712 /- was given back to Makemytrip which they should have forwarded to me.
I had forwarded the same to makemytrip support group but they have not responded.
Below is the Go Air support team mail
Dear Smart Flyer,
This is with regards to your reservation with GoAir of PNR A5GPTC. The applicable refund of INR 5712 has been processed to the same mode of payment as follows:
• If paid via net banking / debit card, the same shall reflect in your account within seven days
• If paid via credit card, the same shall be credited to your credit card account
• If paid via travel websites/ travel agent, the same shall be refunded to the travel agent who will process it to you, request you to please contact them directly
• In case of cash transactions, kindly send your NEFT details to refunds@goair.in
