Hi Team,
I have been struggling to get the refund for 4200 for my product which has been returned..
Very Very Pathetic service by Amazon team … Really these people are sleeping .. it’s very strange to see that my refund issue is so complicated that Amazon is not providing Refund..
Below is the details
29th Aug – refund was issued and email and message was communicated to me.
30th Aug – i called for status, team told me to wait for 3 to 5 days
3rd Sept – Again called and the team was clueless for refund.. again i got the dates
7th Sept – Again called and the team was clueless for refund stuck.. again i got the dates
10th Sept – Again called and the team was clueless for refund stuck.. again i got the dates for refund 14th Sept
13th Sept – Again called and the team was clueless for refund stuck.. again i got the dates for refund 17th Sept
