I had ordered one product of Trendy Diwan Set and due to product quality being poor the order was returned back. The product was returned pick up on 16th July and app has update that refund will reflect in next 3 days. Now I have been following up with the Meesho team since then shared all the information requested by them however there has been no resolution to it. They promise a call back which never happen, they say refund will be done in next 3 days which too never happen.
in past the complaint number was not even provided after much of anger and anguish on the agent they shared the complaint number for the issue.
