I had booked a trip with travel travel triangle for Thailand in 2020 but due to COVID ,I had cancelled the trip ,The app is showing refund processing but have not received yet .we have sent more than 30emails in past 3 year .Everytime they say they will contact in 24hrs and nobody does .From last year we have tried all the possible way to contact them and solve this .but we have reached no where .It has become really frustrating for us .
As they all our money .
