Dear Team,
I have Ordered in Jio Mart on 17th Feb 2021 and got the delivery on 19th Feb 2021 . The packet of 1 kg sweet corn which was delivered was stale so I called them for refund on 21st Feb 2021 . Post that I had called customer care several times, everytime we give me a new ticket number, some reopen the old ticket, ask to wait for 48 hrs but the problem still not resolved till date. I have even mailed them four times but still it falls on deaf ears.
My order No. 16135590759090890M dated 17th Feb 2021. I wanted to know what is the reason for getting this delay .
