I had returned 3 products back fo Ajio on 19th Oct 2021. Products were picked up on 20th. Since then I have been raising complaints after complaints to their customer care via calls and emails. I am getting a response that the conplaint has been raised and resolution will be provided in next 2 days but what they are doing is just initiating a pickup attempt again which is getting rejected by executive on reaching my residence stating pickup was already done. I have shared pickup receipt which I had received when I had handed over the products on 20th. But still they are initiating pickups again n again instead of initiating my refund straightaway.
