I HAVE CHANGED MY VODAFONE POSTPAID TO PREPAID AND STILL NOT GOT REFUND OF MY OUTSTANDING AMOUNT APPROX RS- 1000.00 ONE THOUSAND RUPEES. ALL FORMALITIES DONE AT SAPRU MARG STORE. I HAVE ESCLATED THE MATTER TO MD BUT NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE. POOR SERVICES ,,POOR COMPANY..NO RESOLUTION TO CUSTOMER’S COMAPLINTS
