Excitel Broadband took 2000₹ as a security deposit and told me that they would refund it at the time of termination of the connection with a waiting period of 60 days my connection was disconnected on sept-09-2022 From then the waiting period was completed but they did not give me any kind of refund nor informed me of any conveniences happening to them to refund my security deposit. When ever I call them regarding the refund they keep on rotating the call in the call center from one agent to another agent saying they cannot help me. I’m done with this shit and I want to file a complaint against them in consumer court and police station after giving them a last chance by calling them tomorrow that is on 30-sep-2023.
