Text of Complaint by Aarti Chugh:

Sir,
Pursuant to trying all possible ways to return the products bought by me through the ecommerce website- FLIPKART. COM, I do hereby request you to look into the matter. Summary of my case is as follows-  1- That I am a Flipkart Plus member and I bought Gap jeansworth Rupees 1654/- from flipkart.com (Order ID OD119115724887946000 ) which was duly delivered to me.
2- That the said size did not fit me so I tried to exchange the said product but it was declined too. Therefore I initiated a return for the said product but unfortunately the same got rejected too.
3- That in the meantime I reordered the same product(small size) worth Rupees 1654/ which was also delivered to me but unfortunately it did not fit me too (order ID OD119184933077831000).
4- That I initiated return for the above mentioned orders but both the requests got rejected again and again.
5- That in spite of getting in touch with Customer Care for getting these products picked and for considering the refund of these orders my requests were continuously falling on deaf ears.
6- That after much efforts customer care via an email asked me to share my Adhar Card and upon sending the same I was intimated that my return requests have been declined by the seller because there had been surge in returns from my account.
7-That  I understand that there are certain company policies whereby if a customer returns a product more than the defined time he/she may be eligible for getting blocked. Nevertheless, that does not mean arbitrarily withholding returns or refunding the amount for product(s) which fall under the returnable category.
8- That all the supporting documents are attached herewith for your reference:-

Attachment 4-            Screenshot of email whereby my Adhar Card was requested and reply wherein it was intimated that my returns were declined in spite of sending the Adhar Card.

9- That Customer Care has miserably failed to redress my grievance and initiate the refund of Rs. 1654 +Rs. 1654 = Rs. 3308/-.

10- That my account has been blocked by Customer Care hence I am neither able to get in touch with customer care nor I am able view my pending orders. I, therefore, request you redress to my grievance and help me in realization of the said amount Rs. 3308/-.
