I raised a return request for two items 1) A slipper 2) Duke Sweatshirt
Both the items were picked up by courier person but instead of getting any refund I got a message of refund being cancelled. Neither I have received back any item nor any refund is issued. It’s been almost a month. I am struggling to get any solution. No one in customer care provide any solution.
The total amount is more than ₹1000 and the issue has been a real mental stress. Hope I will get some solution soon
