Dear Sir/Madam,
Gazon Communication India came to my Office and i paid Rs 1500 for a new broadband connection on 20th Oct 2022
They promised the connection will be taken back and the amount will be refunded.
I have called the Gazon Communication customer care hundreds of time and they are not helping.
I left using internet service from Jun 2022
I am calling him to take back router and refund my amount but he told coming but didn’t not come.
it seems they are not interested in returning y money back.
Its been more than two month they are just avoiding this issue.
Please help me to get my money back, i want my money back with Interest and i also want to lodge a formal complaint against them for Mental harassment of customer.
Please help me with the solution
