I the undersign, Mr. Vijay Saran Roy. I visited to Mumbai Office dated 10 Feb 2014& met with my CMR Ms.Soniya Chopera, to details my concerned home loan problem, and then I submitted my all doc. To avail the loan from PNB through Lodha CRM. But I failed to avail the home loan. Project Name- CASAELITE wing S Residence No- 1604 Carpet Area: – 638 Type- Optima-2BHK Consideration Value: Rupees 4580307(forty five lack eighty thousand three hundred seven) I paid for booking as token amount Rupee 45000/- (forty five thousand), through wire transfer 699279 on bank CREDIT CARD-Receipt No: 1700008643 dated 2 Feb 2014 Here in I request you to cancel my application .Because I am not in a position to continue my transaction without loan .As I failed to avail the home loan. Therefore I request to kindly refund my token amount of RS. 45000/- as early as possible, But till now i could not received , please help me to get back my hard earn money.
