Text of Complaint by Tarit Dutta:

I raised request of shift airtel fiber net connection on 26th Dec’20.

Till not shifting connection not activated correctly.

Multiple complaints are already in open state for long time.

I have 799 plan active and I know ,I have hardly used 2 days of internet connection without any problem in last 14 days due to wrong activation of the modem.

It’s technical issue from airtel end and engineers are not able to resolve the issue till now.

Same problem is going on till now since 26th Dec’20.

I want refund of last 12 days active plan amount back into my account and I hope airtel will not charge for those days because it’s fault from airtel end and they are not able to configure the installed modem in last 14 days.Even till now not activated.

Please do the needful and refund my amount back to my broadband account.
